We’re continuing to develop ways for you to manage your account hassle-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This season, we have added new features just for Season Subscribers, including the ability to print your tickets at home, set up mobile tickets, exchange tickets online and transfer tickets to friends and family electronically. In order to utilize the Interactive Seat Map included in these features, it may be required to update or install Flash on your computer.

Exchange My Tickets:

Exchanges are subject to availability. If exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Refunds from exchanging into a lower priced tickets/performance will be processed within 7 business days.

  1. Click HERE to log into your account or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Click on the ticket(s) you want to exchange.
  4. Click the “…” and then exchange at the top of the screen.
  5. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATION(S) you wish to exchange then click ‘EXCHANGE’ button in the top right hand corner under ‘Manage My Tickets’ section (Figure 1).

  7. Click CONTINUE TO EXCHANGE in the pop up window (Figure 2).

  9. Select the new date you wish to attend the show and then click CONTINUE (Figure 3).

  11. Using the seating chart, select your new seats (Figure 4), then click CHECKOUT (Figure 5).

  13. Review the details of your exchange, making sure to double check the new show’s date, time, and seat location, and number of seats. Once confirmed, click ‘EXCHANGE SEATS’ to proceed to payment checkout process (Figure 6).

  15. Enter your password in the pop up window to confirm that you agree to exchange your tickets. Click CONTINUE WITH EXCHANGE to proceed. (Figure 7)

  17. Go through the checkout process to select your Delivery Method and your Payment Type to complete the exchange. Your original seats will not be released until you click PURCHASE TICKETS (Figure 8).

Transfer My Tickets:


VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend a performance, we encourage you to transfer your tickets to family or friends through your online account.

Your HAMILTON tickets will NOT be available for transfer.

  1. Click HERE to log into your account or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Click MANAGE THIS EVENT next to your upcoming event, if listed below, or click MANAGE MY TICKETS under ‘My Ticket Options’ to select your EVENT from the calendar view.
  4. Click TRANSFER TICKETS in the ‘Select an action’ section.
  5. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATION(S) you wish to transfer then click ‘TRANSFER’ button in the top right hand corner under ‘Manage My Tickets’ section (Figure 1).

  7. Click CONTINUE TO TRANSFER in pop up window (Figure 2).

  9. Enter in recipient’s information under CHOOSE TRANSFER RECIPIENT, and then click ADD (Figure 3).

  11. Select the TRANSFER RECIPIENT (Figure 4). In the next set of steps, you can add an Optional Message, opt for an Email Reminder and choose to have the price displayed in the email your recipient will receive.

  13. Click NEXT STEP (Figure 5) once you have finished personalizing the email.

  15. Review the details of your ticket transfer, check the box to agree to the ‘terms of use’ and click COMPLETE TRANSFER (Figure 6).

Mobile Tickets:

  • 1. Visit BroadwayinMinneapolis.com from your mobile device and click MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION.

  • 2. Click Sign In in the upper right hand corner.

  • 4. Select the event.

    You can select Add to Apple Wallet if you prefer. Or simply select VIEW BARCODE when you are ready to be scanned. PLEASE NOTE: Once you select Add to Apple Wallet or VIEW BARCODE any previously printed tickets will become invalid.
