Subscribers may order additional tickets to most shows before they go on sale to the general public. Seating locations for additional tickets are subject to availability. Each account may purchase up to two (2) additional tickets for each Minneapolis engagement within the season package, and up to (8) additional tickets to season options, while supplies last.* Any tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.

As a Season Subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Exchanges may be made for free online (see Benefits and Policies tab), in person at The State Theatre Box Office, and by calling the Season Subscriber Hotline. You must have your tickets in hand for exchanges at the box office. Comparable seating locations are not guaranteed. When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced ticket/performance, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Refunds from exchanging into a lower priced tickets/performance will be processed within 7 business days. All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are originally scheduled to attend. If your show is on a weekend, please complete your exchanges by 5pm on the Friday prior. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available, or only for a limited window of time. Sorry, missed performances cannot be refunded.

Please note: ticket exchanges for THE BOOK OF MORMON must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance.

Ticket exchanges for DEAR EVAN HANSEN must be completed by February 22, 2019.

Unable to use your tickets? Ticket Transfer is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer your season tickets to another individual via email. Your HAMILTON tickets will NOT be available for transfer.


Your tickets are now available on your smartphone. Simply log into your Broadway Across America Minneapolis Account using your smartphone, select an event, and click ‘view tickets’.


Unable to attend a performance? Donate your tickets to Hennepin Theatre Trust’s Access Program and receive the satisfaction of knowing that you’ve opened the theatre doors to someone who might not otherwise get the chance to attend a Broadway show. Donations are 100% tax deductible for the full face value of the tickets. Simply call 612-455-9536 for more information.


If you lose your tickets, please call the Box Office or Season Subscriber Hotline immediately. For security, lost tickets will only be reprinted the day of the show and Season Ticket Holders can pick up their tickets at the Will Call window one hour prior to the performance.

Special policies may apply for replacing lost tickets for HAMILTON. Please contact the Subscriber Hotline if you have lost your tickets.

Seating for guests who use a wheelchair is available in a variety of theatre sections. When ordering tickets, please indicate any special needs. For our guests who are hard of hearing, the Orpheum, State and Pantages Theatres are equipped with listening units; please ask an usher for assistance. Every Broadway production that is part of the season package offers one performance that is American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted, Audio Described (AD) and Open Captioned (OC). Everyone, regardless of age, needs a ticket to attend productions at the State, Orpheum and Pantages Theatres. Children under the age of six are encouraged to attend the theatres only for appropriately designated family events. During the performance, talk above a whisper and the use of electronic devices are disturbing to performers and other audience members and will not be allowed.


We encourage you to update your personal information by logging in to your account at Minneapolis.Broadway.com. Change of address requests can also be sent to MinneapolisService@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. (We only accept change of address requests in writing).


All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. If you miss a performance due to inclement weather, please contact the box office at 612.339.7007 for possible reseating options within the same production. All reseating is subject to availability and may not be offered due to show restrictions.


Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.


The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, as well as $47 in handling fees and $32 in facility fees, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Select Plus or Select subscription fee noted below.

Select Plus Seating subscriptions (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Sections 1 and 2 Rows A–N, Wheelchair Accessible Sections 1-2, Row G) include a $105 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Seating subscriptions (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Section 1 and 2 Rows O–X, Front Balcony Section 5, 6 and 7 Rows A–F, Wheelchair Accessible Section 4, Row T and 5, Row F) for all performances include a $75 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Plus Seating and Select Seating subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations (available only to these subscribers) prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits, such as invitations to special events, and private theatre and backstage tours are included in the Select Plus or Select Seating package.
